Ivy Springs History
The Ivy Springs community was developed back in the early to mid 1990′s. Unlike most new communities in Hall County, Ivy Springs was developed to offer residents sizable wooded lots. Homes in the neighborhood include Ranch style, Two Story, and Split Foyer plans. Many of the homes in Ivy Springs also have either partial or full basements.
Swim and Tennis
Swim and Tennis amenities are one of the best parts of being an Ivy Springs resident. The pool is a family oriented area where families gather to socialize and make new friends all summer long. The lighted Tennis Courts also provide for a fun family activity along with a little exercise.
A Covenant Community
A formal Home Owners Association was formed several years back. As such Home Owners Association By-laws and Covenants are in place. Membership in the Home Owners Association is not mandatory, but it is helpful to the community. Further, compliance with the By-laws and Covenants is not legally enforceable by the HOA Board, but is appreciated by all community residents.
A Convenient Location
What is it they say in Real Estate? Location, Location, Location. The Ivy Springs community is located just one mile from terrific retail shops and restaurants as well as Interstate Highway 985. As well, the community is near to several parks and the Atlanta Falcons Headquarters and Training Facility.
